In response of 1 star Reviews So I've been ordering with SAF for about 2 years now and have not once had an issue with any of the staff nor my orders arriving in a timely manner. The staff on the few times I've had to contact them have been courteous, pleasant and quick in resolving any particular issue. Add to the fact that SAF are considerably better priced in comparison to the majority of their competition for new releases and have frequent sales it boggles the mind that some cretins actually try to play the victim on here when they don't get their own way. I think people have been spoiled by Amazon free returns and their overly generous returns policy and try to play SAF by the same rules as that MegaCorp which is sucking the life out of smaller retailers. SAF you're doing great, I hope you see this review and it brightens your day a bit.

New website. No problem navigating. If anything no smoother than previous. Never had a problem with SAF. Great communication and the perfect online retailer for my hobby. Have bought several preorders from them and everything is self explanatory. Definitely a top idea for customer reward scheme 👍

Star Action Figures have gone from strength to strength! The effort and thought that has gone into the new website platform and the offering they provide to their customers is commendable. The collector community can be quite fickle, and loyalty and trust can take time to build. Alot of companies out there do not seem as focussed on what that actually means, but this is not so for Star Action Figures, their goal seems very centred on providing for their customers and giving them the best offerings and service they can. Pricing is competitive, and the pay nothing until stock comes in for pre-orders is a real strength of theirs - this is particularly helpful for myself as a collector for higher cost products such as Hot Toys, of being able to get my pre-order in still but then choose how and when I make payment, or wait until preorder stock is in for processing and dispatch. This means a lot for Hot Toys that are sometimes 2 years (even more) pre order time. Packaging and Delivery Service is one of the best I have seen, and is clearly taken seriously. Star Action Figures know the meaning and importance of receiving a order where the box (even the shipper boxes on Hot Toys) are treated with as much care as the collectable inside. The new website and the newly launched loyalty programme also cements my view on what sort of company they are, and how their customers are at the centre of their culture and the reason they operate as a company/team. A big thank you to everyone behind the scenes at Star Action Figures, but a big appreciation to the guys at the end of the email - thank you for your quick response and reading my 'longer than really needed' query emails!! Thanks for your help Olly! Please keep this momentum up - your customers will back you every time if you do!

Excellent first order – very impressed

This was my first order from Star Action Figures and I’m genuinely impressed. The price was very competitive, delivery was extremely quick, and the packaging was excellent. The figure was very well protected inside a sturdy box with plenty of air-column packaging, which is particularly important when buying collectibles and wanting the original packaging to arrive in perfect condition. My McFarlane Joker arrived exactly as expected and in excellent condition. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was straightforward and professional. I’ll definitely be buying from Star Action Figures again and they’ll now be one of the first places I check when looking for new figures. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
