How long does delivery usually take?

Many reviewers describe delivery within a few hours, and some report receiving items within minutes. Others mention same-day delivery or completion within 24 hours. Timing can vary by seller.

Do buyers generally receive the item they ordered?

Many reviewers say their items arrived as described or as promised. A few report receiving a different or incorrect item, so the reviews are not uniformly positive on accuracy.

What happens if an order has a problem?

Some reviewers who encountered an item or provider issue say it was sorted out within minutes or the same day. One reviewer reports receiving the wrong item but does not describe how it was resolved.

Is the ordering process straightforward?

Reviewers describe the site and purchase process as quick and easy. One buyer specifically mentions a simple payment and invoicing process followed by an email with instructions to accept the item.

Can I find items that are no longer available through the official site?

Some reviewers say they used the marketplace to find ships, paints, or other items that were unavailable through the official site.

How do reviewers feel about the prices?

Some reviewers describe prices as reasonable or competitive, and a few say purchases helped them save compared with buying through the official site. These are individual buyer experiences, not a guarantee that every listing is less expensive.

Paints worth finding

Hard-to-find paints were the main draw for me; I found items that weren't available through the official store, and the price felt fair.

It just works! Far better than expected.

So far everyone i know has had a quick and proper service, sellers so far are honest in fact some of the ccu chains they use have extra gear or special stuff with them so its even better than what you thought you were going to get. So far our experience has been much more than expected. So honestly I will continue to use this service where I can just to grab things I cant buy at the time on RSI.

A mix-up put right

A different item showed up than the one I expected, but the issue was put right the same day after I let them know. That follow-up mattered more to me than a flawless first handoff, and it left me feeling comfortable with how problems are handled. 🙂
