Do orders arrive quickly?

Experiences vary. Some reviewers describe quick delivery, while others report long delays or orders that never arrived. A few mention customs as a factor in slower shipping.

Can I find hard-to-get products?

Some reviewers say they found items that were difficult to get locally, including DVDs, media, and other products. Their experiences suggest the selection can include unusual or less commonly available goods.

Is the experience consistent across sellers?

Reviewers report very different experiences. Some describe responsive, helpful sellers and smooth purchases, while others say sellers did not communicate or send the order. Several reviewers explicitly note that their experience depended on the seller.

How do reviewers describe product quality?

Some reviewers say items matched their expectations, arrived in good condition, or were well packed. Others report an item that differed from its description or concerns about counterfeit or invalid products, so experiences are mixed.

Are digital products delivered promptly?

Some buyers say download details or product keys arrived within minutes and worked for them. Others report a missing download link or a key they considered used, so the reviews do not show a consistent outcome.

Do reviewers find the prices reasonable?

Some reviewers praise bargains, decent prices, or good value. One buyer describes a seller changing the listed price after the purchase, so positive comments about value are not universal.

What happens when an order is missing or there is a problem?

Some reviewers report getting help from a seller, but others say their messages or complaints went unanswered and they did not receive the item or a refund. One reviewer says they recovered the payment through PayPal, but the reviews do not indicate a consistent resolution.

Found that hard-to-get DVD

What a relief to find a hard-to-get DVD here. The recording was clear enough to enjoy, and it was dispatched promptly; the parcel also arrived protected. I’d been expecting another frustrating search, so having the title turn up in decent shape made this a genuinely pleasing purchase.

I ordered a dvd via the crater website…

I ordered a dvd via the crater website and I have to say I was very impressed. It came well packaged and protected so there was no issues at all. I'd be quite happy to use them again. You have to speak as you find, and I gave them 5 stars

Buyer beware!…

Had to give it 1 star to be able to post a review. 1st and last time I will use e-crater. Purchased a set of dvds for the original series of im a celeb uk. Vendor took the money but that was it. No order confirmation. No communication whatsoever. Thankfully I used PayPal so got my money back. Finally it may be a coincidence but when I logged on to PayPal to arrange the refund I found that someone had tried to log into my account the same day I paid the seller. Buyer beware!!!
