Looking at 54 reviews, most reviewers were very satisfied with the overall experience. Many describe delivery as fast, often saying orders arrived within minutes or after a short wait. Customers also frequently praise helpful, responsive support, including assistance resolving ordering mistakes, and some long-time customers report consistent service across repeat orders and games. A few reviewers also appreciate the straightforward purchase process and pricing....
However, some customers report long delivery delays, orders that did not arrive, or items arriving incomplete. A few also describe being unable to get timely order updates or support, and one reviewer reports being charged twice; another says payment options were complicated.

What a relief to have an issue handled without a long back-and-forth. I've used the service across several games, and when something hasn't gone quite right, the help has been timely and practical. That follow-through matters more to me than a perfectly smooth order, and it's kept the experience reassuring.
A bit of a maze at checkout. The payment choices took more effort to understand than I expected, which was frustrating. I had to pause and work through them, but the transaction itself was quick and straightforward. I left satisfied, though clearer payment navigation would help. 🙂
Glad to have a place I can use across different games, and help is there when a snag comes up. That consistency keeps me coming back 😊
A wrong choice on my end was sorted out in minutes, which took the stress out of it. REALLY appreciated the straightforward help.
My question got a clear reply, and the service was provided correctly. No fuss.
Slow delivery , no way to contact these guys about your order either , no updates on my delivery , ordered and got zero information or communication at all, just my money taken thats all. Currently not the best , id order somewhere else where I can actually message someone about my order if i were you
I’ve been using this service for years, and with many games. Even if I have issues, they always seem to resolve it in a timely manner. Will continue to support this service. W! The GOATS!
