My Card Was Used Fraudulently, and Skin.Club Refused to Refund Me

I had never used Skin.Club before and never intended to make a purchase on their platform. After being deceived by what appeared to be a legitimate transaction verification, my Cash App card was charged $202.11, including an international transaction fee. I contacted Skin.Club support, provided the requested transaction details and screenshots, and explained what happened. They told me they had blocked the associated account and blacklisted my card, but refused to refund me because the credits purchased had already been used. That response is exactly what frustrates me. Someone was able to use my card on their platform, and once the credits were spent, their position was that they couldn’t reverse the transaction. They shifted the responsibility to my financial institution and said they would cooperate with official requests from law enforcement or the financial institution. My concern isn’t just about getting my money back. What is being done to prevent this from happening to the next person? Blocking one account and one card doesn’t necessarily stop someone from moving on to another victim. I understand that Skin.Club may not have been directly involved in how my card details were obtained. However, the experience has left me questioning the safeguards in place when stolen payment details are used on the platform and the response when a customer reports it. I’m now having to pursue the matter through Cash App, hoping to recover money I never intended to spend on Skin.Club in the first place. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and the response I received did little to reassure me that preventing future victims is a priority.

Im level 73 on skinclub

Im level 73 on skinclub. Honestly dissapointed in myself for putting so much money into this stupid site. I throw in $30-$100 every now and then and I gotta say I have lost more than you can even imagine. Lose 1 battle,re deposit, do another battle and still lose. Majority of my battles are vs real people. I always choose T side for my battles. Still always lose. Sites a scam. They say the R.O.I is better than most sites which could be true. Either way all of these sites just want to take your money and do nothing in return. DONT even get me started on the "daily cases" which give me a wopping $3 everyday, EVEN AS LVL 73. Honetly so stupid. DONT USE THIS SITE AND STAY AWAY FROM OTHERS LIKE IT.
