A real person got in touch and took my concern seriously, and that made me rethink my first impression. I'd been ready to write the whole place off, but the follow-up changed my mind. Still, it's a case-opening site, so I know luck is part of it.
The support bot was all I got while a withdrawal issue sat unresolved... not much help when I needed a real answer.

I honestly won 8,543.01 RUB on Case-Battle. During the P2P withdrawal process, a technical trade failure occurred, and I received a temporary trade ban in Steam. The marketplace partner (Market.CSGO) officially confirmed that the transaction has a final status of "UNSUCCESSFUL" (FAILED) on September 23, 2026.This means that Market.CSGO automatically returned 100% of the funds (8,543.01 RUB) back to Case-Battle's corporate buying account balance. Case-Battle suffered ZERO financial losses; my winnings are physically back in their wallet.However, Case-Battle support blocked my chat on the website, turned on a useless bot, and refuses to perform a technical audit of their buying logs. They are using a Steam ban as an excuse to illegally keep my clean winnings. This is pure fraud, theft of user winnings, and unjust enrichment.I demand a manual review by a senior administrator and a refund to my account balance.My Steam Link: steamcommunity.com
I must write this comment to remplace my old 1 star one where i thought i been scammed. An actual PERSON reached out me and took action that prove me wrong and that being said , i must admit from my entire experience i had there finally , great places and like any other casino , house always win !
Support is awful, waiting for admins for over a day. Tried withdrawing $100 and it didn't came through on their end. Now I'm Still waiting for Admins to do something. Their overall support is kinda decent but the Admins are just so ass. Site sometimes feel like its rigged or something I don't know.

Worth site ever - 2500$ The worst site used to be able to give out, but now nothing flies, the cases give a minimum or x2 from the price is the maximum, 6 skins by 50 percent gave 0. It used to be possible to withdraw something, but now it's horrible to make a deposit of more than 100 dollars, it's a hundred percent loss
Chances are completely wrong, fix the website. After payment system was changed they changed the chances aswell. Complete scam !!
