Frustrating to keep getting a connection error and find the server crashing. I couldn't get help through the usual community channel, and even reaching the upgrade page became a problem. I wanted to get back to playing, but the trouble left me stuck.
the plugin choices already in the panel cut down on setup fuss, and when i needed help, the response was fast. genuinely useful.
Java and Bedrock players could join the same world without much fuss; getting our group set up felt EASY.
Couldnt really play the server cause it kept saying cant connect to server please wait (been waiting for 2 weeks) and i cant get help because im banned from the discord server. The server kept crashing cant upgrade the server becuase i cant go back a page to upgrade it. i kind of need a bit of help
The server runs smoothly and amazingly. I needed help with my server and got it completed so quick and efficiently. I would recommend this host to anyone who has minecraft server needs!
Honestly the best server host I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service and employees that actually care. Migrating server hosts could not have been easier with the help that they offered, if I could rate it out of 10 they would get a 20. I am seriously blown away at how great this company is!
My overall experience is over the top! The support for any of the needs I was having trouble with they were there right away to help out. Supplying the best input and info. To add on, doing the work on their side. Most companies will tell you what to do. Serverhorse goes as far of doing the work for you as well to ensure that your server is running great! Communication 10/10 Support 10/10 Knowledge 10/10 Customer Satisfaction 10/10
Best host I've ever used. Extremely underated and the other hosts I have used are worse in every single category. Never looked back
Deleted our server after we tried to switch hosts and act like they didn’t do anything.
Tried to scam us by saying fake errors and deleted our server cause we exposed them
