Very poor experience
Very poor experience. My website has been down for over 72 hours, and there has been no proper support or clear explanation. I requested a backup, but it was not provided, and I cannot even access my cPanel due to errors. This situation has seriously affected my business. I expected much better reliability and customer support. I would not recommend this hosting service.

If you are considering this hosting provider in the Philippines, please don’t buy it!!! I will honestly share my personal experience. These are all the email notifications from registration to purchase: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/X9mBsV9}. They are enough to prove that I’m a real buyer. When I selected the VPS-Lite-1 plan, they sent me a payment email for $5.99 USD: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/yldKOVv} I actually paid $6.59 USD through Tebex.io, which is this hosting provider’s third-party payment platform: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/HOcKjFg}, {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/VHkfHlP} However, after completing the payment, I received a new invoice for $5.94 USD, meaning I still had to pay another $0.50 USD: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/jQLrQTc} Their system has no balance-recharge feature, so I contacted them and explained that I needed to add $12 USD in credit to complete the $0.50 payment and use the rest for renewals: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/wXyi7N7} This is a serious problem. When a new user buys a plan and is then told the payment is incomplete—with no way to top up balance—you are forced to send even more money to their account. Isn’t that a form of fraud? About 20 minutes after realizing I was a new user, they resent me a fully paid invoice: {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/5GepLFv} I finally got my VPS-Lite-1. It was already late at night in my country, so I only ran a simple Speedtest to verify whether it matched their website’s description. The result: Download: 5544.78 Mbps / Upload: 480 Mbps {https[:]//imgur[.]com/a/xtGyrWQ} That’s the only screenshot I shared with my friend, because when I woke up, the server was no longer accessible — no more screenshots could be taken. And this is what they advertise as '10Gbps / Unmetered bandwidth'!!! When I woke up, I realized I couldn’t log in to the SSH server.
