It is a Scam

It is a Scam When I purchased Save Wizard, it was presented as a one time purchase with lifetime access. There was no warning that the license would be forcibly terminated after 5 years. Now I’m being told to pay again for something I already purchased. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before buying.

Unlimited? Offenbar nicht dauerhaft

Save Wizard hat meine ursprünglich gekaufte „Unlimited“-Lizenz nach mehreren Jahren deaktiviert und verlangt für die weitere Nutzung den erneuten Kauf einer Lizenz. Für mich ist dieses Vorgehen nicht akzeptabel. Wenn eine Lizenz als „Unlimited“ verkauft wird, erwarte ich auch eine entsprechend dauerhafte Nutzungsmöglichkeit. Wer Save Wizard kaufen möchte, sollte sich genau überlegen, ob er bereit ist, möglicherweise später erneut für dieselbe Software bezahlen zu müssen.

I purchased Save Wizard for PS4 MAX…

I purchased Save Wizard for PS4 MAX many years ago. The information provided with my purchase clearly stated: “Unlimited access to the full library of supported games and cheats of Save Wizard For PS4 MAX.” UNLIMITED ACCESS. This was an important part of what I paid for. At the time of my purchase, I was not informed that after five years my access would be taken away and I would have to purchase another license to continue using the product. Years later, Save Wizard has deactivated my license key and informed me that if I want to continue using Save Wizard for PS4 MAX, I need to BUY ANOTHER LICENSE. I find this completely unacceptable. If a product is sold to a customer with the words “Unlimited access”, I believe a customer can reasonably expect “unlimited” to actually mean unlimited — not “five years and then pay us again”. I fully understand that a company may change its licensing model and introduce different conditions for NEW customers. What I do not accept is having a restriction applied to a purchase I made years ago under different terms. I have contacted Save Wizard and specifically asked them to provide the exact Terms and Conditions that were applicable on the date of my original purchase and to identify the exact clause which supposedly stated that my “Unlimited access” would expire after a specific number of years. Until Save Wizard can provide a satisfactory explanation or restore the access I originally purchased, my rating remains 1 star. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Save Wizard. If you purchased Save Wizard years ago under similar terms, I strongly recommend keeping your original purchase email, receipt and any documentation showing what was promised when you paid. “Unlimited access” should mean exactly what it says.

Acch ich hatte damals 2 lizenzen…

AUch ich hatte damals 2 lizenzen erwoben für c.a 70€ damals hieß es lebenlange lizenz... jetzt nach einer langen zeit habe ich mir wieder eine konsole geholt & wollte safe wizard wieder downloaden & bekahm bei beiden lizenzen die meldung das sie nicht mehr gehen. mittlerweile ist diese firma leider scamm

Expired license years later

There was no mention of the license having a limited time of use when I initially purchased it years ago. They implemented this change after many of us bought it. That's unacceptable to apply some new rule retroactively to previous purchases. This is a pure grift. I will not be re-buying this product or any others from them, if they exist. I moved to PC gaming a couple of years ago, so the loss of their product isn't that catastrophic. Again, the company is a grift. I wouldn't recommend this product or any other product from this company. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't recommend the company. Thanks to the company for showing us who you are and good riddance.

Scam Artists

As others have pointed out. They promise a lifetime key, no word of it on their website about it being potentially taken off of you (as of the date of purchase for me, it was no where on their website). While I don’t use it anymore, it doesn’t give them the right to remove something that I purchased under the pre-tenses that it’s mine forever especially considering it’s not cheap. £50 for a supposedly 2 year license is ridiculous. Stay well clear of this company and its scummy business practices. They’ll more than likely change it in the future to where you’ll only have your license for 3 months instead of the “2 years” they promise you now

like so many people i also bought save wizard with a lifetime waranty. after 5 years they revoked 3 of my keys. they scamed me even after i bought 3 keys and now they dont even bother to answer a mail. biggest losers ever
