What a red flag seeing glowing testimonials on the site, then finding a very different picture elsewhere. That made me doubt the claims before I could feel comfortable paying. I couldn't get a reply when I tried to ask about it, either, so there was no reassurance at all. I wish I'd checked first.
Password reset, again. The promised email never showed up, and I couldn't get the account sorted out. Being charged repeatedly while finding no clear way to cancel was the part that really got to me; trying to reach anyone didn't help either. I wouldn't trust this setup with payment details.
Paid for the program, but the download never became available. Several days passed without access, and my support request received no useful reply. That left me unsure whether the product even exists and frustrated that payment had gone through before anything could be used. The lack of communication made the whole experience feel unsafe. I would not recommend paying until there is a clear way to receive the purchase and get help when something goes wrong.

scam, don't buy from the website they charge you and then you don't get a download link they don't respond on their website and the reviews on their website are fake don't buy, 100% scam
I purchased bot on their website, paid payment for 1 month. 6 days later, download link for bot is still unavailable, as well as they are not responding on personal ticket. this site is probably scam, very hard to tell if that bot even exists
Reviews are faked on their website. It's been 12+ hours trying to get in contact with someone. I'm probably going to have to get a new debit card seeing how my subscription says pending cancellation.
