A ticket that went nowhere. The software seemed to work at first, but when I ran into trouble, replies took a while and didn't solve it. With the ban risk mentioned for these tools, that lack of useful help made the purchase feel like a gamble.

Recoil control system for r6 works well but it definetly isnt undetectable. I had a problem with my purchuse. Support takes 4 days to answer to the ticket. And if they cant solve it they will just ghost you. Horrible support. Ai aimbot works (kinda). It is ass, if people clip you insta manual ban. I dont recommend buying it!!!
The r6 smart ai worked fine but they straight up took away my lifetime plan for no reason after 1 year and they said because i asked for the money back but i didnt and paid full
Honestly, Aptitude.pub has been an amazing experience. The staff are some of the most down-to-earth and helpful people I’ve dealt with. They respond quickly, actually listen to your issue, and do their best to help you get everything sorted out. The products are amazing as well, but what really makes Aptitude stand out to me is the staff and the community. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and it genuinely feels like they care about their customers. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I’ve had a great experience with both the products and the people behind them.
Frustrating experience overall. The product was not working properly, and support replies did not lead to a fix. Setup guidance was also hard to find, so getting started meant figuring things out alone. Updates seem limited, while the no-refund policy makes the purchase feel risky when a feature fails. The software may work for some uses, but the lack of practical help is the main problem here.
Shite. Ai and stuff works fine but the customer service is straight shit. They close a ticket half of the time because they cant be arsed answering.
Honestly, I cannot give a higher rating. Support replies quickly, but they rarely actually fix anything. I just keep getting told that the developer has been notified, yet it never gets resolved. On top of that, their no refund policy is barely communicated upfront. I used this software for both R6 Siege and Apex Legends. While it works fine on Siege, the complete lack of updates for Apex makes it overpriced and carries a huge risk of bans. Overall, support is present, but completely incompetent.

ok 100% honset reveiw the support really done take forever they say theres "guids" on how to use it but when u go into the website to find it theres nohting so no guids no support help your on your own i wouldnt say it dont work but ypu just wont get any help what so ever setting it up the no support is right
