My account problem went nowhere after I tried to explain what had happened. The replies felt copied and didn't address the details I sent, leaving me with no useful help. It's frustrating to put effort into explaining a problem and still feel like nobody has really read it. That made the whole process feel pointless.
My account was blocked over a rule I don't believe I broke, and getting a clear answer felt impossible. The replies seemed canned rather than connected to what I'd explained. It leaves me wary of putting more time into an account that can be shut off without a useful way to sort it out.

Roblox was a better gaming esperience before, but because of bad updates, AI, Roblox becoming a business, attracting more 18+ users and Age Verification, this is nothing but an adult game at this point. This is not suitable for kids. Now I'm about to quit soon if it gets worse to the point of moving to Minecraft. You will thank me later for this.

Contacted Roblox support due to a compromised account and numerous unauthorised charges made during the time the account was compromised. Had visuals/screenshots of the times of charges, and unauthorised activity within the account during the time it was compromised. Contacted Roblox Support and after 5 days of emails over and back, having completed all steps requested by their scripted bot emails, I was advised they wouldn't assist with refund, or anything else. Disgraceful customer support. App deleted.
