Definitely Not Recommended

I purchased Zing Cards from PlaySultan, and almost **2 days have passed, but my order still has not been fully delivered**. During this time, I have contacted their live support multiple times. Every time, I receive basically the same answers: “It will be supplied” or “The supply process is still ongoing.” However, they provide **no clear delivery time and no actual solution**. For a digital product, making a customer wait for nearly two days while repeatedly giving vague answers is unacceptable. If a product is not actually available or there is a supply issue, I believe customers should be clearly informed **before payment is accepted**. Taking the payment first and then leaving the customer waiting indefinitely for a supplier seriously damages trust. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that although live support is available, they simply keep repeating the same responses without resolving anything. I paid for the product, yet for two days I have been the one chasing them just to find out when my order will be completed. Based on my experience, **I absolutely do NOT recommend buying anything from PlaySultan.** If you are purchasing digital products and expect a reasonable delivery time, I strongly recommend considering other alternatives. I am giving **1 star** based on my experience. Even if my order is eventually completed, the nearly two-day delay, lack of transparency, and poor support experience have convinced me that I will not use this website again. I am sharing this review so that other customers can take my experience into consideration before making a purchase.
