The cash-out was still pending after more than a week, and repeated emails brought no reply. That left the whole experience feeling unresolved.

No code and no support
I paid for a digital gift card and never received the code. The order appeared as delivered, but nothing reached me. I contacted support several times and got no reply. I am out of pocket and cannot use what I bought. I would not purchase here again.

Reasons to expose fake game websites and downloads.
They can start by sending my rewards that they claim has been approved. Approving something and sending it are two different things. The proof is in the pudding. I did my part and now Richie Rich needs to do their end of the contract. Send my two rewards of $100.00. Until then, I will continue to update and let those who see your games for what they really are.
