I continually chase them up for a response since March and still not had a response! They are good at taking your money, but when you experience problems with their product, their help is non existence and promised me a replacement part and have failed to deliver as I continually chase this up and they have ignored all my emails and not responded!
I bought a lead for a Kindle fire which arrived. Unfortunately I bought the wrong one and I’ve still not been issued a refund, even though I returned it on time. They have asked to see my post office note and receipt now! It’s a joke! Do not deal with this company. I’m going to report them if it’s not resolved.

Have waited a month now emails are being ignored. Of I'm silly and didn't look at reviews first I will know for again. Told me lost in transit asked if I wanted ok one resent. I said yes as I have a little boy waiting patiently. Now still no sign I have asked for refund and being ignored. Avoid at all costs. Ridiculous.
I bought replacement headphone ear pads and a mini jack connector wire via OnBuy. My order arrived with the earpads missing. I sent several messages through the OnBuy site but it was days before Reytid replied. I sent the required image of the package and some days later I got a reply to say a new member of staff had messed up the order and the missing items would be sent. Around a week later they still haven't arrived. A low priced item admittedly but such a disappointing and long winded response. Not a great experience.
Scammers. Didnt send me my Money back for a cable that Got destroyed after 2 months normal usage - the cable Sound was scrathing inside. It doesnt have any visual damage. Looking forward to get my Money back - if not This rating wont be updated and i lost 25£ on This scammer site.
Orders 2x switch lite docking ports for sons. Paid £9.95 for express 1pm delivery. Dispatched next day, Tracking number sent. Didn't arrive next day as paid for. Contacted customer services. On that day (Friday) to request a refund of my p+p costs due to failure to deliver. They replied on the Sunday(!!) Saying it had been dispatched and to make sure it wasn't in my house somewhere!!! Still hadn't arrived a week later. Between the Sunday and the Wednesday I have left 3 voicemails, sent 3 emails and contacted royal mail to find out that the reference code was for a standard parcel delivery and not a special by 1pm delivery. So they have lied about it being here, stolen from me by sending it on the cheaper option when I've paid the express price AND now refusing to reply to my emails Dispute placed with credit card company and trading standards to be informed too.
