Amazing buying experience

The complete purchasing experience from initial discussions thru to installation and set up was handled with total professionalism. Bens knowledge of products, systems and set up is first class, I certainly believe it saved me many hours of research in choosing the best Sim set up and untold frustration in setting up the system.

Absolutely brilliant service from Ben…

Absolutely brilliant service from Ben at Pro Racing Simulators. Ben built me an incredible custom racing simulator and was genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to talk me through everything, answered all my questions and made sure the whole setup was exactly what I wanted. The finished simulator is seriously impressive — the quality of the equipment, the attention to detail and the overall experience are on another level. You can tell Ben really knows his stuff and takes pride in what he builds. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the customer service throughout was excellent. If you’re thinking about getting a proper racing simulator built, I couldn’t recommend Ben and Pro Racing Simulators highly enough. Thanks again Ben — absolutely over the moon with it! 🏎️🏁

3 Second Improvement on Track

I took delivery of my Simulator in early March 2021 to learn circuits I was likely to race on that I couldn’t physically visit, particularly Le Mans. However, with a couple of early races this season at Donington I focussed myself on mastering this circuit first. This has enabled me to knock almost 3 seconds off my previous PB at Donington, resulting in a class win in our most recent 3 hour race. Ben has offered excellent support with a couple of minor glitches and the realism of the whole system, particularly the feedback through the steering wheel gives a realistic feel to the experience of on-screen driving. I would certainly recommend PRS if you’re serious about improving your performance on track.

I would like to thank Ben and pro Racing Simulators for their professionalism and customer service. When purchasing my Simulator he gave me the correct advice and built my Sim specifically to meet my spec which turned out superb. Any questions I have are quickly answered over the phone, if I run into a set up problem or forget to press the correct button I’m back up and going in no time thanks to their speedy response. Great service and great back up.
