Helpful with the finer points
The custom Pokémon details were the part that stood out: I had a fairly specific idea, and it was useful to be told when something didn't quite fit rather than just having it go through. That made the process feel more thoughtful, and I came away with a better sense of what to ask for next time. Communication was clear, too, and the Pokémon arrived without a long wait. I appreciated getting help with the finer points instead of having to guess my way through it.
