How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers say their orders arrived within minutes, with some describing especially quick delivery. Timing may vary, and the reviews do not establish a guaranteed delivery time.

Can I request a specific Pokémon or customization?

Reviewers describe receiving requested Pokémon and mention customization such as stats. One reviewer reported that most of the customizations they paid for were missing, so the reviews do not show that every request is always fulfilled exactly.

Is the ordering and trading process easy?

Many reviewers call the process quick and simple, and several say their trades went smoothly. One reviewer advises having the game device ready and a filler Pokémon available for the trade.

Do reviewers say the Pokémon arrive as ordered?

Many reviewers say they received what they requested or that the items matched their order. However, one reviewer reported missing paid customizations, so experiences with order details were not uniformly positive.

Can customer support help if something goes wrong?

Some reviewers praise responsive, helpful support, including one who said staff helped correct an order issue. Other reviews mention patience may be needed while waiting for a response; the experiences shared are individual reports, not a guarantee.

Do reviewers consider the service reliable and legitimate?

Many reviewers describe successful deliveries and trades and say they found the service reliable. One reviewer questioned whether purchased Pokémon passed a legitimacy check. These reviews reflect individual experiences and do not establish whether every Pokémon will meet a particular game's rules or checks.

What do reviewers say about the prices?

A few reviewers describe the prices as fair or low, and one mentions receiving a discount. Pricing feedback appears in only a small number of the reviews.

A setup I could choose...

The trade went through smoothly... I liked having control over the Pokemon's setup instead of settling for a default.
