Are the plugins easy to set up and customize?

Many reviewers say setup is straightforward and configuration is easy to follow, with options to tailor features to a server. Experiences can vary by plugin and use case.

What do reviewers like about the crate plugins?

Reviewers highlight their configuration options, crate features, and animations. Some also describe the crates as easy to set up and enjoyable to use.

How do customers describe support?

Feedback is mixed. Some reviewers praise quick, helpful assistance and bug fixes, while others report slow responses, difficulty reaching knowledgeable staff, or support that did not resolve their issue.

Have reviewers reported compatibility or update problems?

Yes. Some describe plugins falling out of compatibility after updates or wanting support for newer Minecraft versions. One reviewer also reported a problem involving NPCs and server stability after other plugins were updated.

Do reviewers think the plugins are good value?

Opinions differ. Some say the features and quality make a plugin worthwhile, while others consider the initial price high or are concerned that paid add-ons increase the total cost.

Did customers report issues with the purchase process?

One reviewer described differing displayed prices, taxes appearing at checkout, and a payment attempt that failed to register an account. This is an individual report, not a recurring theme in the reviews.

Are the duels plugins a good fit for every server?

Not according to every reviewer. One customer liked the available options and easy setup, while another felt the duels system did not suit their needs and chose a different plugin.

Crate animations add a spark

Those crate animations in particular - genuinely fun to watch, and they add a little spark to the server.

Easy to shape

Lots of room to tune the plugin to my server, and the setup didn't take much figuring out. Really happy with it 🙂

Shit Support, Confusing GUIs & Features Locked Behind Paywalls

I STRONGLY ADVISE to NEVER BUY from these people. I bought PhoenixCrates and these are the issues I faced: When I was preparing my server for release and configuring everything, the only plugin that wasn't updated to the latest version, was PhoenixCrates, they said "we can't do it" and "we use external libraries" that "haven't been updated" and "we have no eta" There support is SHIT and I mean SHIT, they have a stupid AI-Chatbot on their discord that doesn't know what its doing and when I try to contact a human, they don't know about their own plugin, This was a Plugin that I PAID FOR and its people said they can't update it So I had to DOWNGRADE MY SERVER just BECAUSE of this plugin.. another problem rose and it was related to a free plugin called fancyholograms every server uses it, i went to its developer.. PLEASE NOTE THAT FANCYHOLOGRAMS IS A FREE PLUGIN and that developer willingly helped me and updated his plugin to fix the problem, it had something to do with their API, while this PLUGIN that I PAID FOR simply said they can't help me. I left their discord, these people are arrogant. And recently they released free addons for crates, and I was surprised! I went to download them and guess what? when I clicked the download button, it slapped me WITH A TRUSTPILOT REVIEW REQUEST, YEAH, they called it "FREE" and I knew something is off.. So IM HERE, IM HERE TO SHOW WHAT THEY DID TO ME also the owner of PhoenixCrates himself is EXTREMELY arrogant, he's an ignorant and doesn't help his customers at ALL, I will never buy another plugin from these people. I confirm every statement made in this review is based on truth and I have evidence to support it and I can provide if necessary.

The plugin works great, but with addons it is very overpriced.

The plugin works great, feature rich and it is the only one of its kind, that i could find and is working, but also it is very over priced with very little discounts and with more addons being made the price for the whole experience will only increase.
