Return blocked over packaging

Really frustrating... I opened the outer package to check the item, then my return request was refused over the packaging. That left me with no useful option.

Țeapă pe față

Țeapă pe față. Livrează coletul cu deschidere la livrare iar ulterior refuza returul pentru că ambalajul este desigilat, chiar daca cererea a fost făcută la câteva minute după livrare. Este prima și ultima dată când comand de pe acest site. Nu au telefon de contact, doar prin mail.

Warranty went nowhere

The warranty issue went nowhere: the wrong item kept coming back, and there was no useful fix. Hard to feel confident buying parts when a service case gets stuck like that.

avoid it at all costs, sent gpu with crashes and lag spikes and voltage spikes to their service, their answer was the gpu is fine, I had to borrow 2 other gpus from my friends to test my pc and everything works perfectly of course, now waiting again for service to answer me which I bet will say again the gpu is fine and my pc is at fault, their stock must be the lowest quality and only returned and open box shit cause I saw more people here saying they have issues like me.

Ordered a large SSD for my PS5

Ordered a large SSD for my PS5. After few days I realised that it doesn't have the correct specs for PS5. Messaged them that I have a sealed untouched product and want to exchange the product to another one. When they responded 14 days passed and they mentioned some law and that they cannot exchange the product for another one. Didn't have such problems with Emag.ro , they were much more understanding.

I bought a WD Black SN770 2TB SSD from PC Garage with an advertised 5-year commercial warranty. When the SSD failed during the warranty period, they refused to replace it and instead refunded only the original purchase price from 2024, even though the same product now costs significantly more. The most frustrating part was their communication. Their message stated that the product "will be replaced with another product chosen by you by placing a new order," which reasonably suggested that I would receive a replacement. Only afterward did I discover that I would have to pay a substantial price difference myself. I contacted Western Digital/SanDisk directly, and they confirmed in writing that the SSD is covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty and that, if the original model is unavailable, they would provide an equivalent or better replacement. When I asked PC Garage to return my defective SSD so I could use the manufacturer's warranty, they refused, saying the case had already been closed and the drive had been sent through their internal process. Throughout the entire case, every request for clarification was met with the same response: "The decision is final," without answering my specific questions about the manufacturer's warranty or their legal basis for refusing replacement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PC Garage. If warranty support matters to you, think twice before buying here.

De evitat! Garantiile lor nu exista in realitate, storneaza sumele achitate fara consimtamantul cumparatorului, in contul de pe site-ul lor, obligandu-te sa achizitionezi alte produse de la ei. Ofera un discount de cateva procente in conditiile in care pretul produselor se tripleaza. Solicita kiturile intregi pt service si refuza inapoierea componentelor in stare de functionare motivand ca au stornat suma integral. Asta in conditiile in care daca ai achizionata strict partea defecta de la alti comercianti costurile sunt mult mai mici. In concluzie nu exista nici o garantie la ei iar cei de la OPC in loc sa protejeze cumparatorul accepta explicatia ca ei au stornat pretul produsului.
