They took care of it

A fault came up later, and the team arranged collection and got the PC back to me quickly. Really reassuring support.

I actually won a GGbuilds 5080 PC through their sister company Gigahertz Giveaways along with an MSI 34" OLED monitor the PC performs amazingly well the only point where they have made savings is on the motherboard it being an older model in particular a B650 however this has very little impact on the performance and unlike other companies you get at least CL30 DDR5 RAM and a 2TB NVME drive where as other prebuilts tend to come with only 1TB drives. as I test I redownloaded cyberpunk 2077 from GOG and ran it on the original settings I had for it on my previous RTX 3070 card and saw FOS increase to over 1000 even after putting it to Ultra I was getting over 120 fps

GGbuilds delivered an outstanding experience. I ordered high-end RTX 5080 gaming PC at 18:00 on Monday and had it delivered before 18:00 on Wednesday, which is incredibly fast for a custom-built system. The build quality is exceptional, with premium components, immaculate cable management, and a flawless finish. The PC arrived well-packaged and ready to go. Customer service was first class throughout, with quick, friendly communication and a genuinely professional approach. I highly recommend GGbuilds for anyone looking for a top-tier gaming PC and excellent service.

Flawless Stealth Build from GG Builds

I couldn’t be happier with my new gaming PC from GG Builds! A massive shoutout to Jordan, who made the entire process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from order to delivery. (Even delivered it himself to my door) As for the PC itself—it’s an absolute powerhouse. Featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with an RTX 5080, performance is next-level. Games run at max settings with incredible frame rates, and the temps stay shockingly low even under heavy loads. Plus, the stealth finish looks ridiculously clean and sleek on my desk—no loud RGB everywhere, just pure, understated quality with top-tier build execution and flawless cable management. If you're looking for a high-performance build backed by incredible customer service, reach out to GG Builds (and ask for Jordan!). Couldn't recommend them enough.
