Received an already-redeemed code, no support response

I bought a USD 50 Steam Wallet card 47615795 and the code I received had already been redeemed, so I couldn't use it. I opened a ticket with screenshots and followed up several times. No reply at all. I paid for something I never got, and there's been no replacement or refund. Be careful buying gift cards here. I even tried contacting steam and they confirmed the code was used but they are unable to give me a new one, It is sad since I have purchased many cards from them before this is the first time that it happened.
