Still waiting to connect

So frustrating when the game keeps refusing to connect; I was left waiting through repeated server overload messages instead of playing. Support steps didn't sort it out.

Unreliable web play using now.gg

I have played Lords Mobile game for more than 6 years. For last 3 years I have used now.gg to play as it advertises seamless online play anywhere and anytime. However, for last 6-8 months now.gg connection has been unreliable. For past 2 months it has been almost impossible to connect on reliable basis. I get “servers overwhelmed” message repeatedly. Sometimes it has been almost a week before I can enter the game. Lords Mobile has timed events so being able to enter is crucial to sustain the game. I have contacted support and performed all the recommended “fixed” without resolution. It has been extremely frustrating

Stopped at the payment prompt

A game selection led straight to a payment prompt, so I couldn't just start playing like I expected. That's the part that took the fun out of it. I used to like the idea of opening games in a browser, but being asked to subscribe before getting in makes the whole thing feel like a different deal. I don't mind there being a paid option, but making access feel locked unless I pay is REALLY frustrating. I'd be much happier with a free way to play, even if it came with ads or limitations.

I have to repeatedly contact support…

I have to repeatedly contact support because my app wont launch. I play Lords Mobile and for the last year it is difficult to play using now.gg. The servers are almost always overwhelmed. If I do get into the game, I get kicked in minutes to change the server and then when trying to reload I get message that servers overwhelmed. I have not been able to play. for 2-3 days at a time, get removed from the guild in the game, lose all progress in the game, cant participate in the timed events. It is really not as advertised. They say you can play anytime and anywhere but it is not true. It is always overwhelmed

Absolutely pointless now

The whole point of this website was to play games for free. FOR FREE. Now I get you weren’t getting enough money from the ads but I’m gonna tell you now what’s gonna earn you even less? Making people pay to play. This feature is just gonna make you even more bankrupt and honestly literally EVERYONE has said to add a free option. And don’t be like “oH we apRECiAtE yOuR fEEDbaCk wE wILl pASs tHis on aNd pUT IT iNto cOnsIDeAtion 😊✨🌸” LIKE WE ALL KNOW YOULL DO NOTHING. People played this game because it was free and you are just gonna lose so many players so there is no point. Like I get adding a payed OPTION so better quality and no ads blah blah blah, but to make it the ONLY option? There’s no point. If you really want to keep this website up and running and enjoyable, make it actually playable. And don’t be confused when you have to close down the website or go bankrupt because you IGNORED THE HUNDREDS OF ANGRY REVIEWS TELLING YOU EXCACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS cuz yeah. Anyways, don’t say I (we) didn’t warn ya. Fix it pls.
