I've been with Nitrous Networks for several years and have always been very happy with the service. The hosting is reliable, reasonably priced, and whenever I've had an issue, support has been excellent. Jordan in particular has always been prompt in getting things sorted, even when the problem has usually been something of my own making. He always goes out of his way to help and is consistently polite, patient and professional. It's reassuring to know that when something does go wrong, there is a real person there who will actually investigate the problem and get it resolved. Excellent service and support. An easy five stars from me.
Let's see they don't tell you that they're using a decade or so older system hardware The reliability is OK and then when it's not OK the servers tend to have a **** fit The reliability as far as customer support would be AD tier Their servers also AD tier while their ability to help you is OK they don't update their damn servers whatsoever Do not waste your money with this company ever find somebody worth it'cause they are not it.
I'm writing an updated review of nitrous networks I will not be recommending anybody use them for any services whatsoever their servers are out of date exponentially they're using out of date hardware I was made back in 2016-2015 they haven't updated any of their nodes so it makes you wonder where the hell all the money that people keep sending them for their services is going because it's not going towards the servers reliability or the strength of said servers or the ability for the server to be as reliable as advertised this is getting ridiculous constantly now I'm getting over 200 ping on my server based in Phoenix when I'm actually in the states and normally getting it 55 ping this is outrageous if you don't fix this nitrous I'm requesting you give me back every single cent I gave you over the past 2 - 3 years at least minimum because I'm not going to be robbed like this on a repeated basis I'm not going to ask again next time I won't be so nice
beyond the default settings... when my server needed more than the usual options, support understood what i was asking and helped get the configuration right. the replies felt specific to the problem rather than generic, and i came away clearer on what to do. i've found it comfortable to ask about other setup options too; there's room for practical changes rather than being stuck with one standard arrangement. one issue needed a little explaining, but it was handled without much fuss. that kind of technical help matters most to me.

Been using this company for 10 years and never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. no matter what you are looking for wether it be Web Hosting Or game server hosting, I have not been able to find a cheaper provider for what you get out of the box with them. Web hosting packages come with cPanel Game Hosting comes with TCAdmin panel All in all since my first server in 2015, I’ve not needed to use any other company.
