It came through...

The recharge did come through, and the payment process felt clear... I had to wait longer than I’d hoped for the confirmation, so I wouldn’t call it instant, but getting a reply when I asked helped. Once someone responded, the issue was sorted and the service went ahead. That’s what matters most to me: knowing the transaction is handled, even if the update takes a while. I’d be happier with quicker confirmation, but the eventual result was good enough for me to feel comfortable using it again.
