Extremely disappointing experience with AllKeys. I placed an order for a digital Xbox product and paid successfully via Apple Pay/Visa, but the order has remained on “Processing” for days without delivery. I contacted support multiple times by email and ticket system and received absolutely no response. I also tried contacting their WhatsApp support, but the number no longer works and appears to have been removed by the admin. At this point there is no communication, no delivery, and no customer service at all. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this site.

Issue resolved quickly by a helpful support team I purchased a key for a gift card and didn’t receive it right away. I contacted support, and they sent it to me promptly. Everything worked as expected in the end.
