Looking at 51 reviews, opinions about the overall experience were mixed. Many positive reviewers praise the helpfulness and quick responses of customer support, particularly through live chat. Some appreciate the game selection, ease of using the site, promotions, and gifts. A few also describe winning and receiving withdrawals quickly....
However, many customers report slow or delayed withdrawals, with some describing waits of days or weeks and repeated requests for verification documents. Some say their accounts were blocked or that support gave unclear updates or did not respond while payment issues remained unresolved. Other reviewers criticize low returns, restrictive bonus terms, or game glitches, while some positive reviews describe fair gameplay and fast payouts.

The promos, at least... they’ve been a nice extra while I’m getting settled in. I like having something to look forward to alongside the games, and the offers have made my time on the site more enjoyable so far. I haven’t tried cashing out yet, so that’s still an unknown for me.
Really enjoying the game choice; the play feels fair, and my winnings came through quickly. A nice change from waiting around.
I received prompt and helpful assistance through live chat, and my question was handled clearly. The exchange was courteous and efficient, which made the experience feel straightforward. I also appreciated receiving support with a promotion, although my positive impression is mainly about the quality and speed of the customer service.
Small selection of games as just slots (no table games etc) Extremely slow payout times! Been waiting on a withdrawal now for 6 days and counting! This is not acceptable in this day and age when they should be instant. Customer services are really no help at all. Overall just a terrible experience
Had a very productive live help session. Was a pleasure dealing with Mada. She's a credit to the buisness
Game play is really fair. Good selection of games ( would be brilliant if Play n go games added.) Games do actually pay and Jackpots do trigger regularly . Really love this site. Winnings paid really fast. My favourite site.
I absolutely had the worst customer service I've ever had of any casino on the web! These people took a deposit regardless of how small it was and it's been 2 weeks and I have Frozen on my account. I still haven't received a refund and they have not unfrozed my account. Absolute horrible. Horrible, horrible horrible. Do not play. Do not play. Do not play 911. Do not play
Just recently joined moonspin.us and I'm really happy with the promos and bonuses they offer. I haven't cashed out yet to see how quick they payout but when I do I will update this review
