This is by far the worst service I have…

This is by far the worst service I have ever used. Customer support is completely unhelpful and unresponsive when issues arise. On top of that, their delivery is extremely slow and unreliable. To make matters worse, topping up your balance sometimes takes hours, which is completely unacceptable. Avoid this site if you can!

They advertised bonuses they don’t…

They advertised bonuses they don’t actually give. Tried to buy a top up bonus but did not receive it. When I tried to resolve this, an agent named Alvin told me the top up was linked to the games account and not moogold itself and he told me to talk to the game company and then literally ran away and closed the live chat when I asked for proof of the terms. Terrible customer service and false advertisement. Also Alvin was very unprofessional and it was clear he didn’t care at all.

Do not trust them; they are selling products that are not in stock, and then regarding the refund, they claimed there was an issue with the payment method; I have been waiting for a $108 Spotify gift card for about three months, and I still have not received the refund.

Title: Excellent payment reminders, disappointing technical support I've been waiting for a meaningful update from MooGold's technical team since September 18. I was told the issue had been escalated, but despite following up, I still haven't received a proper update or resolution. Meanwhile, on October 16 and October 18, I received payment reminders from the team. It's disappointing to see such consistency when it comes to collecting payments, while an unresolved technical issue has been left without a clear update for a month. I understand that different departments handle different responsibilities, but customers should be able to expect the same level of communication and accountability across the company. I'd appreciate a concrete update on my issue and a clear explanation of the next steps. Customer support should be about resolving problems, not just following up on payments.

A nice surprise

What a nice surprise... the purchase came through right away, and I didn't have to chase anything or puzzle over the process at all. The prices also seemed fair compared with what I expected, which made trying the service feel worthwhile.
