Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were very satisfied overall. Many praise responsive, helpful support, including guidance with VPS and game-server setup. Reviewers also describe servers as fast and stable, and some say setup or migration was straightforward. A few mention fair pricing and help with DDoS-related issues....
However, a few customers report difficulty canceling or stopping automatic renewal, including charges they say continued after they requested cancellation. One reviewer also describes unclear support responses and trouble getting the account closed. These complaints contrast with the many positive reports about support.

A question about my server got a clear reply quickly, so I didn't have to keep guessing or send a string of follow-ups. The answer was easy to understand and helped me get back to what I was doing. Simple, useful communication, exactly what I needed.
Really glad I picked this VPS... Support answered quickly when I had questions, and the replies were clear rather than leaving me guessing. The service has been steady for my server too, so I can get on with what I’m running instead of chasing setup problems. Just a reassuring experience so far.
Really happy with the VPS staying stable and fast. Setup was straightforward, and the server has been running without the usual hassle. That practical reliability matters more than flashy promises, especially after dealing with hosts where attacks caused problems.
Perfect support :) - 24/7 here and happy to work with! VPS is stable and has speed.
Great Communication Fast reply Will use this server again!

⚠️ Warning about LORAHOST (leora-host.com) We requested to cancel our VPS subscription **before the new billing month**, contacted them via tickets, Discord, and their website, and **did not use the VPS at all**. Their system does not allow users to cancel subscriptions themselves, and cancellation depends only on the provider. Despite clear requests, they refused and charged us anyway, claiming the service was “working fine.” This behavior feels misleading and unprofessional, even if the amount was only $30. Please be very careful before purchasing hosting from this provider.⚠️
They will charge you even after canceling with them and ghost you when you try to get the money back.
Excellent support, very happy with the service.
good service
