Deposited a lot of money on this site rarely won but when I did win they refused to pay out my case has been on going for 3 weeks now being told it’s sent then it’s in for review and it’s sent again without any clear answers. If ur lucky enough to get into live chat as they close them down before u can speak they will just give u generic copy and pasted answers being no help at all. Started to enjoy the site, but once again as soon as there is a snag and you contact cuatmer services, then there are major Issues. Do not read or struggle to read requests and seem to enjoy being awkward. Unfortunately closed account within a couple of weeks and will find a better site

It’s been 9 days and my withdrawal is…

Fraudulent Refused to payout claiming I won in I’ll faith!! After waiting 2 weeks I have provided banking identification further identification before I deposited it said I was verified ?? After reading other customers reviews I wish I stayed clear they clearly don’t pay winnings to players or will avoid a payout when possible silly really as they are losing regular customers every time I chase this issue up i am fobbed off it should not take this long to payout winnings lots of other sites are instant to me it’s looking for ways to avoid paying customers winnings if I end up receiving my win I will change this review but in all honesty I can’t see it happening I will take it further if I’m not paid what I’m owed and will be making complaints to ofcom ADR and the gambling commission I have gathered all evidence and I’d advise everyone who has not been paid out to do the same

COMPLETE SCAM- STOLE MY MONEY ON SIGN UP

So I've selected the 'quick registration' which involves you signing up with deposit. After going through my bank and them taking my £25 payment, they failed to even create my account and it says user blocked. Essentially they have stolen my money and I now have no access to it. STAY WELL WELL CLEAR OF THIS SITE.
