Since my previous review (August 31st, 2026) I have literally not gained VIP points. Still, bought / spun $1000s. And with all that effort, no movement, ever. I go into the live chat, again to ask, they claimed they were having someone look into it. Then a few days later, I went back to ask again and then they said they don't offer that kind of 'service'. The casino itself is great, the VIP system / rewards is honestly lowest I deal with from a trusted platform.
