Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were happy with the overall experience, though a number describe serious problems. Many customers praise smooth, straightforward purchases and trades, with some also reporting fast delivery. Reviewers frequently appreciate responsive, helpful communication and support with questions. Some also speak positively about the accounts and characters available....
However, some customers describe accounts being reclaimed after purchase and say their requests for help went unanswered. Others report a slow or incomplete process, or say an account's quality did not justify its price.

Really appreciated the help while figuring out a sale. I had a couple of questions and got useful answers, which made the whole thing feel much less daunting. Nothing complicated from my side, just a straightforward exchange and a good impression of how approachable the service was.
Nice surprise, the account handoff was quick and felt safe; didnt need much back-and-forth.
I had a quick, easy purchase and got helpful support throughout. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated the friendly communication. I would happily use this service again.
All positive reviews are fake. I've been burned by these scammers, there are tons of other places accusing them and I think they are literally a scam operation with AccountShark, one selling on US and these guys only selling on EU so the reviews get sepparated. Please dear humans, from the bottom of my heart, don't buy from here. The account got reclaimed, lost my money and all my messages were ignored.
Awful experience they are trying to pay trustpilot to remove the bad reviews
Horrible service Was sold me for an account World of Warcraft, but got an account with bad quality also pricey. Not recommended seller.
Best account selling site There is. Fast and safe!
Seller took extremely long and we did not even get through the process. I'm not sure if this was just a one off fluke, or if this is normal business practice but I cannot recommend their service based upon the representative I interacted with. I may try again in the future to see if quality improves, but currently I cannot recommend them based off of my experience.
Terrible, does not provide the service advertised and kept trying to get me to download things on discord. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Money thieves here..
Hey. Just wanted to let y'all know that the negative rep is fake and is from a delusional scammer on Discord who has an entire Discord server impersonating WoWTCGLoot. There are scam reports about the dude everywhere. I've used Juicy many times and have had nothing but great experiences.
