Are prices considered competitive?

Many reviewers describe the prices as low or competitive and say they found games for less than at official stores. One customer notes that handling fees and VAT were added at checkout, so the final amount may differ from the advertised price.

How quickly do digital codes arrive?

Many reviewers say codes arrived quickly, with some describing delivery as nearly instant or within a few minutes.

Do the codes usually activate successfully?

Many reviewers report successful activation, including for Steam and Windows products. A few report a wrong, already-used, duplicate, or nonworking key, so experiences are not universal.

Is the purchasing process easy to use?

Several reviewers describe the site and checkout as simple and quick, with one saying the purchase flow was clear from start to finish. Reviewers also mention using payment options such as PayPal and Revolut.

What if a bundle key does not work?

One bundle customer reports that some keys did not work and says support offered a replacement game. They also note that getting this sorted could take a few days.

Are extra fees mentioned in reviews?

One longtime customer says a handling fee and VAT were added during purchase and felt these should have been included in the advertised price.
