Perfect

Perfect, feels super clear and crisp picture, easy to fit, magnetic (for the dream air), fast delivery from China to UK and good customisability on their website. One thing is that I did ask them to not include IPD adjustment, as I want to toggle that through the VR headset's native software, otherwise it might cause conflict (just so anyone else was wondering about this too). I think they listened and its been perfect.

Absolut positiv überrascht – Klare Empfehlung für Brillenträger!

Als VR-Neuling mit Brille habe ich nach einer passenden Lösung für meine Meta Quest 3 gesucht. Eine KI hat mir daraufhin Sehstärken-Linsen empfohlen und mir verschiedene Anbieter vorgeschlagen. Entschieden habe ich mich schließlich für HonsVR, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf den ersten Blick super wirkte. Die Bestellung war absolut einfach und verständlich. Erst nach dem Kauf und dem Blick in die Bestellbestätigung habe ich bemerkt, dass die Firma in China sitzt. Da hatte ich erst einmal ein mulmiges Gefühl und fragte mich, ob ich die Ware überhaupt bekomme oder ob Zoll und zusätzliche Steuern anfallen. Ich stellte mich gedanklich schon auf das Schlimmste ein und hoffte im Zweifel auf den PayPal-Käuferschutz. Die Sorgen waren jedoch völlig unbegründet. Der Versand war mit 5 bis 9 Tagen angegeben, und schon kurz nach der Bestellung kam die Versandbestätigung. Das Paket ging ohne jegliche Zollprobleme oder Zusatzkosten durch. Nach genau 7 Tagen war das Paket bei DHL in der Zustellung, und auch wenn DHL noch einen Tag länger gebraucht hat, kam es am 9. Oktober an. Das Paket war hervorragend und sehr sicher verpackt. Im Inneren befand sich eine edle Box mit einem Etui. Die beiden VR-Gläser samt magnetischer Halterung waren darin jeweils noch einmal einzeln in kleinen Säckchen verpackt, und selbst ein passendes Brillentuch lag direkt dabei. Das hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Der Einbau war selbst für mich als absoluten Laie problemlos machbar, obwohl ich etwas übervorsichtig war. Die Linsen sitzen perfekt auf der Meta Quest 3. Ich habe wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen – von der Bestellung bis zur Qualität einfach top. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier bestellen.

HONSVR are amazing

I have to say HONSVR is the best to buy from. Its my third purchase and every custom prescription lens has been spot on, amazing quality, if you get to deal with Eric his super nice and the best customer service you will ever get. These guys deserve a big thumbs up. Very happy and many thanks J

Wow very impressive with HonsVR

Wow very impressive with HonsVR. The lens were amazing. I had an issue with the right lens on my Rayban. I message them the same day and they responded the same day and sent me a new lens. Cant be any happier what an experience. Thank you HonsVR. Delivery was fast and customer service is very very fast.

Wrong Lenses - Then Ghosted - Then They Sent Out The Right Lens 👍

Below is my original review. I later learned that they don’t list the actual model numbers of the glasses, so it’s easy to order the wrong size. They reached out after seeing my frustration and immediately agreed to send the correct size. It turns out they’re probably understaffed rather than intentionally ghosting customers who have problems. Thanks, Honsvr. ———————- Ordered replacement lenses for my Wayfarer glasses, and they sent lenses that weren’t even the same size or shape. I nearly snapped my glasses trying to push them in. After a short back-and-forth by email and uploading photos showing the problem, they simply ghosted me. Order #159470. The one-star review isn’t because of the bad lenses—it’s because of the ghosting.
