Google verbreitet bei Youtube Betrugswerbung (z.B. "Letzte Warnung ihre PDF-Version ist abgelaufen, usw.) und im Playstore soll man dann eine Betrugs-APP herunterladen. Wenn es für diese APPs dann überhaupt eine Bewertung gibt, wird nur von Betug berichtet. Wann klopft Google, diesen geldgeilen Säcken, endlich jemand auf die Finger!

Paid app, no help afterward. The app never worked, and the store sent me back toward the provider when I asked for help. Repeating the details still brought no clear answer or refund. It left me feeling like I had to untangle the whole thing alone.

Bei Aldi Guthaben gekauft, aufgeladen und auf einmal gespeert 180 Euro futsch?

Ich habe am 23.09. beim Aldi im Angebot 4 50€ Google Play Guthaben Karten gekauft. Ich habe diese am selben Abend aufgeladen und es wurde meinem Konto gutgeschrieben. Nach 2 Wochen wollte ich in meinem Spiel die Pässe kaufen und auf einmal kam die Fehlermeldung OR-HDT-01 und wurde auf ein Supportformular verwiesen. Ich habe einen Screenshot von der Kreditkarte mitgeschickt, die Google Play Guthabenkarte / Kassenbon hatte ich nicht mehr, wer rechnet den damit das nach einer erfolgreichen Aufladung irgendwas gesperrt wird? Einige Tage später kam die Nachricht zurück das einige Unstimmigkeiten festgestellt wurden und das Problem mit der Transaktion nicht behoben werden kann. 180 € jetzt futsch? keine Details was für Unstimmigkeiten? keine Hotline die einem da weiter hilft? Das ist für mich Abzocke / Betrug. Ich habe jetzt bei meiner Bank die Bezahldetails mit genauer Uhrzeit angefordert und werde dies nutzen um bei Aldi den Kaufbeleg zu erhalten (lt. KI wäre dieser Zentral anforderbar, na mal sehen ob das klappt) Danach schreibe ich nochmal den Support an. Aber unabhängig davon, finde ich es unverständlich das ich das Guthaben aufladen konnte und es dann im Nachhinein gespeert wird. Wer rechnet den mit sowas und nicht jeder hebt die entwerteten Guthabenkarten wegen so einer eventualität auf. Ich hoffe das klappt noch - bin maßlos enttäuscht.

Da Kommt man sich aber komisch vor.

Von Mir 0 Sterne , Support ist das Lezte , Guthaben Verschwindet einfach , und auf Nachfrage Bekommt man nicht mal Eine Richtige Antwort , Betrügerische Inhalte Die man meldet werden ignoriert , Bewertungen über Spiele werden kurzerhand Gelöscht da sie Angeblich nicht den Richtlinien entsprechen wenn man über Betrug Schreibt... Apple sei dank das es Euch gibt und man nicht auf playstore angewiesen ist .

SERIAL LIARS

These people are serial liars. I purchased an app & the app developer agreed to cancel my subscription & refund my money. After the app developer refunded my money on Sep. 27th, Google Play told me my refund didn't fit their refund policy. Then, they told me to reach out to the App developer to try & get my money back. When I submitted the proof to them that the app developer had refunded my money back to them, they came back & told me to contact my bank & try to get my money back from the app developer. Funny thing is, after I told them I was initiating a lawsuit against them, they automatically sent me a confirmation of the cancellation & refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

App che si installano per default senza chiedere il consenso dopo aver pulito lo smartphone.

Mi sono seccato di queste app che vengono installate senza chiedere il consenso, semplicemente perché dopo aver pulito il dispositivo si installano senza che tu riesca ad evitarlo poi se vai sul sito risultano migliaia di installazioni. Io cancello immediatamente dopo... Avete rotto con queste prepotenze!

Google Play you are a disgrace and are totally dishonest. Just looking under Meta AI app and the first two reviews, which are spread one week apart, are identical in wording and even include quote marks around the text. It's a disgrace that Google thinks so little of its users that it does not care one bit about protecting them. Shame on you Google. "Don't be evil" used to be your slogan but long forgotten.
