No refund still after months!!

I ordered a skin pack of fortnite and this guy told me it is Out of stock but still to this date he hasn't mentioned on his site. He told me he's initiating refund might take 1 to 2 weeks to have my money back. And after a week i contacted him then he was asking about how i made the payment and whats my order number. And after contacting again and again i haven't got my refund. its been months.

service is nice but time...

the service is quite nice and efficient. There is a single problem, which is the delivery time of the redeem codes. i had bought a rs500 psn(india) giftcard but recieved it nearly after 36 hrs, other than that, it is all well and good
