Cancelled my order with no reason given…

Cancelled my order with no reason given or apology. Wasted time creating account and making payment. If no stock or other issues, a quick email to explain goes a long way. Won't be giving a second chance to this unprofessional business. Also I can backup with screenshots in case they try to write this off as "fake reviews", as I did check their TP reviews before ordering. So I think their accusation of bad reviews being fake probably isn't true.
