Permanently banned with zero explanation – support refuses to provide any details as a seller I received a permanent account deactivation (Ticket ID: 5900521) with only a vague claim that I violated the Terms of Service. When I asked for the specific rule I supposedly broke and any evidence, support refused to provide any details. They then stated the decision is “final and cannot be reversed or appealed” and that any further messages would not receive a reply. This directly contradicts G2G’s own official support article (“Why Is My Account Suspended or Restricted?”), which explicitly invites users to contact support to appeal if they believe the suspension was wrongful. Being locked out of an account with no explanation and no real opportunity to respond is extremely poor practice. Transparency should be basic when permanently removing someone’s access to a paid platform.
