I changed my opinion, but they deserved it!

OK, at the beginning (but please read thru the bottom of this review) I was not happy. Reason: the product I received was different from what I thought I was buying. Nevertheless, upon my request they refund me right away (NOT so common!). And on top, we had a very nice and professional exchange on "how to avoid issues like this for future customers". Company's culture is what makes the difference; EsdCodes is definitely one of those. You can really trust them, in my humble opinion!

Best support service I have ever experienced

The support team replied to me very promptly (less than 15 minutes) and provided some steps to try while they worked on a permanent resolution. Within an hours’ time I had a full resolution to my issue. The response and service from both the support contact, sales and technical team was seamless and super-fast and friendly. Massively impressed with this experience and will use again and highly recommend EsdCodes.com
