A key that wouldn't work, then a replacement. I appreciated that they didn't make me go in circles; the issue was taken seriously and I could explain what happened. j'ai acheté un produit sur leurs site

j'ai acheté un produit sur leurs site, en l'ouvrant il était impossible de l'utiliser car il était en mis à jour(non affiché sur le site). Je me suis dis que de toutes façon le décompte de temps ne commencerait pas vu qu'il n'est pas possible de l'utilisé, et bien pas du tout !! Le produit est arrivé à expiration et je n'est même pas pu en profiter... Demande de remboursement demandé et le support me renvoie vers le développeur car leurs logiciels sont juste hébergé sur leurs site et les dev me balance qu'ils ont envoyés des dédommagent pour ça et que si je n'ai rien reçu bah tant pis pour ma gueule !!!! Bref, si vous avez un quelconque soucis avec votre produit vous êtes dans le caca chez eux...

I purchased the "Stand Regular" service…

I purchased the "Stand Regular" service and received everything perfectly via email, but I was never able to log in to download the file needed to activate the mod menu. It’s a shame, too, because the support was poor; I received more help from a regular user than from the people on Discord who are actually supposed to provide assistance and solutions. I still haven't received help despite trying many times, as the Stand website doesn't work even when following the instructions.
