Oh, a thoughtful touch

Oh, I liked that there was an instalment option, and the note about recycled products caught my eye. It made the purchase feel a bit more considered than just picking a gadget and moving on. A small detail, but one I appreciated when deciding what suited me. 🙂

Looking at laptops

Looking at laptops, wanted to know the monthly payment through Frasers Plus. Went to far and wanted to cancel the order. Did this and got an email for cancellation. 6 minutes later got an email confirming order. Fast forward a few days ( after email correspondence with your Customer services) and I have an email saying the laptop is with the courier for delivery. Looks like the laptop will be delivered and then I have to sort out a return. Seems crazy to me.

Horrible

Horrible! My newly bought computer monitor, was marked as delivery due 21 only to be sent back to the seller by EVRI the malice! Upon enquiry with EBUYER, I was told, they will offer a refund after a 14-day or sooner if they receive it! I am without a monitor! Shambles!
