So frustrating: every message got the same vague reply, and I still had no clear resolution. I expected a straightforward answer about the purchase, but the responses didn't address the issue. It left me chasing an explanation instead of feeling confident anything was being handled, which made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.
Awful experience - the charge was far above what I expected, and nothing arrived. I couldn't get a clear answer about the missing order.
Dogsupplieshops.com- is a SCAM, do not order off them, they took $146 off me, 4months later got nothing, everyone online, same stories, make sure you contact ur bank, I know visa will refund if before 120days, I have contacted Consumer Affairs in Perth, Australia and advised them of this scamming company today 19.3.2019

It's a scam. My order came to $25 and they charged my card $135. To add insult to injury the pruducts never arrived. I tried emailing them and they refused to give me a refund and responded with generic/nonspecific responses. Telling me they are sorry I am unhappy and to wait until I receive my order to ask for a refund completely ignoring the complaint of being grossly overcharged on my credit card.
Nothing but a scam, do not buy from them!!!

They ripped me off. 99.00 for an 8.00 order. Bank and Visa said they can't do anything for me as I never received an actual receipt. I've emailed these thieves numerous times and get s stock reply that my order is on it's way.
