CS.MONEY permanently banned my account and left my $31.52 Trade Balance inaccessible. I dispute the allegations against me and have repeatedly requested a specific explanation of the activity attributed to this account. Instead, support keeps repeating that the decision is “final.” For weeks, I was told to wait for developers or analysts. The company also publicly offered to take a closer look. Yet when I continued appealing, support warned that further repeated messages could result in my access to the support chat being restricted. I then explicitly stopped repeating my unban appeal in that chat and asked only about the balance. On October 16, support confirmed that my refund matter was still being processed. On October 20, I was told the balance was unavailable for use and the decision would not change. They did not clearly explain whether the pending refund request had been rejected or was still being considered. This is not just about $31.52. It is about accountability, consistent communication, and basic respect for customers. Repeated waiting messages and “Have a nice day” are not a resolution. My primary request remains a genuine reconsideration of the permanent ban and restoration of normal account access. I am committed to following platform rules and clearly communicated trading limits. The remaining balance also requires a concrete resolution. This complaint handling has been opaque, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. Public reassurances mean little without meaningful follow-through. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend CS.MONEY.

Chciałbym móc dać więcej niż jedną…

Chciałbym móc dać więcej niż jedną opinię, by realnie wpłynąć na postrzeganie strony :) Przy wypłacie skinów za prawdziwą gotówkę, otrzymałem pieniądze trzy razy (3x 1850 zł). Zgłosiłem to i parę dni później zniknęły z mojego konta dwa przelewy, ale... za 1920 zł każdy, czy coś takiego, a zamiast tego dostałem jakiś magiczny przelew 58 zł, który miał chyba wszystko wyrównać. To jest serio cyrk, obsługa klienta to czasem pisanie z botem czasem z człowiekiem i ciężko się w tym połapać, a bot mówił że zrzut ekranu wystarczy, po czym dostaję informację że to nie wystarczająco. Cyrk, odradzam! Zapłaciłem za ich głupotę :)
