Pretty encouraging as a small seller; getting a shop set up felt straightforward, and support was friendly when I needed a hand. The payment side could move faster, so it isn't entirely hands-off, but the setup itself was less intimidating than I expected. Email replies were useful, too.
After a faulty item, a refund doesnt seem to be an option. Not much confidence in the process.

I purchased two products on ClearlyDev, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with both. For the first product, I only received a `.txt` file instead of the actual product. As far as I understand, providing only a text file that directs customers to Discord to receive their purchase is against ClearlyDev's rules. The `.txt` file instructed me to join a Discord server to receive the product, but the Discord invite link had already expired. As a customer, I don't believe it should be my responsibility to contact the seller through another platform just to receive a product I had already paid for. Despite this, I was not given a refund. I also purchased the Realistic Trees Pack. In my experience, the trees did not have realistic textures, and the overall quality was below what I expected based on the product description. The product images were taken from a distance, which made it difficult to properly judge the quality and textures before purchasing. Additionally, two of the trees were combined into a single mesh, meaning they could not be separated or used independently. Once again, I was not given a refund. Overall, I found the refund and support experience extremely disappointing. I have also personally experienced resources being rejected multiple times for quality or presentation issues, which made it frustrating to see products that, in my opinion, had similar issues being available on the marketplace. Based on these experiences, I will not be purchasing from ClearlyDev again. I would recommend considering alternative marketplaces instead. This is based solely on my personal experience with ClearlyDev and the products I purchased.
A support question was sorted quickly, with a clear answer and no back-and-forth. The reply felt genuinely helpful, and the problem was resolved without making the process feel complicated. That made the whole purchase much less stressful than expected from start to finish, for once.
Customer support is excellent, responds fast and is friendly. They usually respond quick, within a matter of hours if not before and it was pretty easy to set up a store and i'm now passively making income, and a special thanks to Stan and Fernando, really reliable and friendly staff members!
My experiance was really good with there support team. Thay were really fast with there responses and were verry helpfull with my problem. Stan and fernardo were great help with my problem and gave greatly detailed awncers.

Generally good, but full of leaked and bugged assets. Slow support and trying to refund a faulty product will be the longest war you can experience.
