A real person, thankfully

Honestly, such a relief to find a real person on the other end of the chat. At first I wondered if the helpers were automated, but the conversation felt natural and made it easy to sort out the handoff. The item came through quickly, too, so I wasn't left guessing about what was happening. I appreciated the friendly manner as well; it made the interaction feel easy rather than stiff. I'm so sick of seeing charges that we didn't make. I report the charges and nothing ever happens other than im supposed to make a next step. This is maddening and I've addressed it a 100 times . Stop allowing fraudulent charges to benefit your site!!!!
