Rough edges

The later chips had rough edges that snagged during shuffling, and being told that was normal didn't help.

Still no clear answer

The order never arrived, and getting a clear answer was harder than it should have been. I sent messages asking for an update but heard nothing useful, so I was left unsure whether the chips would ever turn up. That uncertainty made the whole purchase a frustrating experience.

I ordered over 1000mchips over two months ago. You took my money and that was ALL you have done. I will start getting the card company to get my money back. I would really like to have the chips but I guess you guys are a scam outfit.

Money taken, orders not completed

I ordered a 1000 piece chip set. Several weeks went by without any updates and I emailed them and they said they would try to get to it ASAP. A month went by still nothing. Sent another email, same answer. Now two months later I still haven’t received anything and now ghosted. They have literally just stolen my money.

Poor manufacturing—excess plastic around chips

Was told that they were having warehouse issues and that chip’s would be shipped in several orders. First batch of chips of $1 and $5 denominations came in and looked good. Then the issues came. Every chip after the first batch has excess plastic all around it. To the point that you can’t even chip shuffle them because the edges catch on each other. Emailed support and they said that it’s normal and there is no defect to the chips at all

scam or no longer filling orders

scam or no longer filling orders. ordered a case, after a month o no shipping into i reached out to cancel my order and no response. used paypal claim to file for refund, never replied. had to escalate claim. they did not respond to paypal, paypal redunded me.

Order never shipped - chipcave never responded

I ordered some poker chips from Chip cave. These are pretty standard items. I never received confirmation that the items were shipped. About a week after expected delivery I started reaching out to Chip Cave in attempts to try to resolve the issue. On seven (7) different occasions I either called or emailed. I never received a response. I am pretty sure I just got ripped off.

Chip Cave provided great quality chips…

Chip Cave provided great quality chips and excellent service. They were a little hard to reach at first, but once connected they took care of everything and made sure our order arrived on time for our cancer benefit. The custom Las Vegas–style chips were a huge hit and received many compliments. Highly recommend.
