Very disappointing

I ordered two items for my 4 year old grandson’s 4th birthday . He has autism and I thought these would be ideal for him. One item arrived but the other worth £17 never appeared. I have contacted the company on several occasions without success. Ver upset and disappointed

Missing items and unfulfilled faster delivery

Ordered 2 sensory chews for my little boy. Paid £5.99 for faster delivery so he could have them asap for school. Only one arrived. No information about missing product. Have asked for refund of missing product and for the unfulfilled promise of faster delivery but no clear response to confirm of either. Will admit, did not do my due diligence of research before placing my order. Will not be purchasing from them again.
