Nothing to show for the cost
The purchase left me with nothing to show for a price that already felt steep. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just the coins I had paid for, but they never arrived. That made the cost hard to accept, especially with no clear way to feel confident about the transaction. I expected a straightforward purchase, not a gamble where I might pay and still have nothing to show for it. Losing both the money and the time was frustrating. That is a rough outcome for a basic purchase.
