Excellent product and questions

Found blackout cards in tent on a glamping break and not looked back. The questions are so thought-provoking and well written. Used them at dinner parties, with family and started to buy for friends. Excellent quality product and a great company to buy from.

Better dinner conversations

The questions gave our family something more interesting to talk about at dinner, and everyone joined in, even the quieter ones. A simple idea that led to some genuinely meaningful conversations.

Didn't receive the cards

Unfortunately I haven't received the cards a over month after ordering them and customer services haven't replied to my emails. Shame as I think the cards would have been really good.

Impractical to use

I love the idea of these cards, but the box isn’t practical. Compared to other conversation cards on the market, the box is really flimsy, the cards fall out the bottom. Also it makes it really difficult to choose a card, unless you get them all out. So this is disappointing.

Amazing product!

Amazing idea! It is such a simple concept, yet encourages self awareness and empathy towards others. It's not just a game it's therapy in a box! Lol... whether you sit and ask questions at a certain time, or ask a question randomly throughout your day. You are guaranteed to enjoy quality time with your responding partner/partners. A great gift idea as well. 👏👏

From Screens to Speech: How a Game Got My Students Talking

I am an English teacher in Tyrol, Austria, and bought the game to engage my students in the productive skill of speaking in a foreign language. I can absolutely recommend this game as a tool to keep students away from their mobile devices. Learners of English not only improve their knowledge and proficiency but also get to know their classmates on a completely different level. In addition, I also used the blackout cards outside my English lessons and was as impressed by the quality of conversations that emerged. As my students are just as convinced by the blackout cards I will let them talk now: "Personally, I found the game interesting and fun to play. I like that the questions have a deeper meaning" (Rosa, 14 years) "The game was super fun, I would love to play an edition for teenagers" (Valentina, 15 years) "It was a cool exercise - now I know my classmates even better" (Linus, 16 years) Delivery and shipping to Austria was simple thanks to Stef!

Good product, bad company

They’re good cards, my mother in law has some so I wanted to buy for my family for Christmas. Unfortunately as with some other reviews I have had huge delays in delivery and they don’t respond at all to emails asking for help. They’re shipped from China so I feel like the UK company has little to no impact on this and is just selling items made from a Chinese company. It’s a shame as the product is good but company isn’t great.

Cards ordered Nov 25 still not arrived

Cards ordered Nov 25 still not arrived. Email sent explaining after we would not be at home from Dec12. Tracking showed cards in Liverpool for at least 2 weeks. No response of any kind. Poorest service I have had.
