‘Agnes the Excellent’

I’ve bought this as a present so haven’t played the game yet, but I can say the packaging looks professional and smart and I’m sooo looking forward to playing it with the family. Playing the game on the one day they can visit at Christmas this year and needing the light hearted fun I’m certain it will provide. A word about customer service though; Agnes went above and beyond when my delivery was delayed by Royal Mail and I was a bit anxious. A tracking number had been supplied on dispatch and she kept an eye on it and in contact with me, and knew it had been delivered before I did! Well done team Shameless and Agnes. Very impressed with your company, customer service and the product.
